1. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE: In Using ScreenedServices.com website and services, you acknowledge that ScreenedServices.com is not acting as your agent, advisor, or general contractor. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to select a service provider and to negotiate the terms of any work performed. You may want to consult with appropriate expert professionals to assist in your home improvements, including a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other necessary job documentation and an insurance professional regarding the service provider's and your own insurance coverage requirements. ScreenedServices.com does not recommend or endorse any specific service provider, or provide advice on which service provider to select, or screen any individual's service provider's personal credit or legal standing.
2. SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIMER: We do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a service provider or that there are service providers in your area that either are capable or willing to complete your service needs; although we take certain steps to examine the credentials of our listed service providers, we make no guarantees or representations regarding the application or installation skills of such service provider or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain his or her services. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a service provider, and we do not guarantee or warrant his or her performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. Your rights under contracts you make with service providers typically are governed by your local laws. Should you have a dispute with any service provider, you must address such dispute to the service provider directly, and you hereby agree to release ScreenedServices.com ( and our employees, agents, partners, officers, directors, affiliates) and any other person, firm, or entity (including our business partners such as a product manufacturer or supplier who may employ the ScreenedServices.com matching utility) from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind of nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with service providers.

Due to inherent delay in the data gathering process, pending actions or other issues affecting a service provider's record may have occurred which were not captured by third party data sources used. ScreenedServices.com does not guarantee that any service provider has licensing, bonding, or insurance coverage at the time you enter into an agreement with the service provider and makes no representation as to the adequacy of any licensing, bonding, or insurance coverage (including amount, breadth, or type). The existence of an insurance, bonding, or licensing certificate does not guarantee that the insurance is in effect, as the service provider may cancel the insurance without our knowledge, unless otherwise specifically stated, ScreenedServices.com does not endorse any product or service described in, offered on, or linked to our website. ScreenedServices.com prescreens all service providers in regards to local licencing as required by law, bonding as required by law, liability insurance if required by law, workman's compensation insurance if required by law.
4. SERVICE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITIES: As a service provider you are responsible to contact the requester with-in a reasonable time after the lead is sent to you. Failure to contact the requester is not a valid reason to request replacement of the lead. If you dispute the lead you should notify ScreenedServices.com by email with in 24 hours after receiving the lead. Failure to do so will terminate your eligibility for a replacement. It is also your responsibility to activate the "No service dates" once you are unable to accept new leads. This feature when activated will prompt our system to stop sending you any leads for the activation period, and will eliminate customer dissatisfaction due to lack of response.
5. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES: The links in the ScreenedServices.com website will let you leave ScreenedServices.com website. The linked site are not under the control of ScreenedServices.com and ScreenedServices.com is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify ScreenedServices.com, and its employees, agents, partners, officers, and directors, and hold them harmless from any and all claims or demands, including attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of our services or in connection with ScreenedServices.com website or your violation of these terms and conditions, or arising from your violation of any rights of a third party.
